**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in mortgage lending or related financial services.- Strong understanding of loan origination processes and applicable regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound lending decisions.- Proficiency with loan origination software and financial analysis tools.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education & Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.- Professional certification in mortgage lending is a plus.
